**Elastro Terms and Conditions**

By purchasing and using Elastro equipment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. **Product Use**: Elastro is intended for individual fitness, stretching, rehab, and sport-specific training. Improper use may lead to injury. Always follow the instructions provided.
2. **Health Acknowledgment**: By using Elastro, you confirm that you are in good physical health or have consulted a medical professional before use.
3. **Intellectual Property**: All content, branding, and product design related to Elastro are the intellectual property of the company and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.
4. **Payment**: All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards.
5. **Final Sale Policy**: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged or defective (see Return Policy).
6. **Limitation of Liability**: Elastro is not liable for any injury or damage caused by misuse of the product. Use is at your own risk.
7. **Governing Law**: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

**Return and Refund Policy** 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but due to the nature of our product, all sales are considered final. However, we do offer the following exceptions:

1. **Damaged or Defective Products**:

   * If your Elastro equipment arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
   * Please provide a photo of the damage or defect.
   * We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

2. **Process for Return**:

   * Email us at support@elastrofit.com with your order number and issue details.
   * We will provide return instructions if the return is approved.

3. **Non-Returnable Items**:

   * Used items
   * Products returned after 7 days
   * Products damaged due to misuse
