How to use Elastro
Elastro is designed for simplicity and safety, but proper installation and use are essential. Follow these steps to get started:
1. Installing the Rails
- Install the rails on a wall stud to ensure stability.
- It is strongly recommended to have the installation performed by a professional or someone experienced in identifying studs. Incorrect installation may result in injuries or property damage.
2. Securing Elastro to the Rails
- Once the rails are installed in your desired location, secure Elastro to the rails using the RAIL PIN.
- Insert the RAIL PIN through the rail’s holes and Elastro’s corresponding holes. Ensure the machine is firmly fixed in place and cannot move.
3. Setting Up the Elastic Bands
- Choose the elastic band(s) you wish to work with and gather the BAND PIN.
- Place the band inside the circular plates on Elastro.
- Identify the appropriate BAND PIN HOLE based on whether you’re using a single band or multiple bands.
- Insert the BAND PIN through the hole and the band until it fully secures on the opposite side. Once tension is applied, the BAND PIN will lock securely in place.
4. Adjusting Resistance
- Rotate the HANDLE to adjust the band length and select your desired resistance level.
- Once the resistance is set, turn the LOCK until it aligns with one of the LOCK HOLES.
- This locks the machine in place, ensuring that the band will hold the chosen position during use.
5. Removing Bands or Adjusting Resistance
- After completing your workout, ensure that all tension is fully released from the bands attached to the BAND PIN before attempting to remove the pin or the bands.
- Skipping this step may result in serious injuries.
With these steps completed, Elastro is ready for safe and effective use. Always check that all components are securely fastened before starting your workout.
Always prioritize safety by verifying that all components are securely in place and properly tensioned or released as needed.
